WaLaw provides MLS access and critical brokerage services and works in collaboration with the law firm Blackmon Holmes, PLLC (also owned by the principals of WaLaw) to provide actual legal counsel to our mutual clients (drafting contracts, negotiating the deal, reviewing title, and so on).
