Wazima Development Solutions is a specialist M&E Company, which provides complete monitoring, evaluation and data quality solutions to local & international development organizations that deliver social assistance programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. We have experience with various international donor requirements including USAID, USDoL, CDC, EU, CIDA and DFID as well as government and private funding organisations. With over 19 years of combined propriety experience, we conduct baseline, needs/impact assessments and programme evaluations before providing comprehensive solutions to meet individual organisational needs. We perform internal and external preparatory data quality assessments and audits to ensure that the solutions provided, meet international data quality requirements, as well as the reporting and decision making needs at both donor and organizational levels. We believe in working closely and collaboratively with organisations to create electronic, auditable database systems that are designed to be user-friendly, in alignment with current paper operational processes, while streamlining and minimizing additional administration. Our work and approach is supported by extensive emphasis on capacity building and training of internal personnel to interact with and manage their M&E systems, documentation and databases. This includes technical assistance and basic, end user IT training. Wazima is headed by two passionate M&E and data quality specialists and supported by a wide range of equally passionate consultants who bring additional technical expertise to projects resulting in well rounded and informed M&E solutions.
