Dawn and Dwayne's work continues to win recognition in the new-home construction industry, on both, a regional and national scale.Dawn and Dwayne pride themselves on outstanding client and builder relationships and continue to provide an unparalleled service to both. Working closely with the homeowner during the design process, while also collaborating with the builder and trade consultants at the same time, allows their projects to move forward at steady rates with reduced changes during the build. The design process at We Are HOME Design is broken into simplified, manageable steps that result in a home that is not only beautiful, but also, and maybe more importantly, functional. While respecting the needs and budget of the client, the We Are HOME Design team also takes the time to understand how the home will be used by the family that will live and grow in it.We Are HOME Design believes that every design aspect of the home, from interior details to the structural and mechanical aspects, are all equally important. Our team works closely with the chosen builder, and their trade professionals, during the design process and construction drawing stage to understand their build practices and preferences. With Dawn's additional experience and training in Interior Design, many interior details are also considered and thought through during the initial home design phase, making collaboration with a chosen Interior Designer simple. Dwayne's additional expertise in engineering technologies ensures that the designs will function structurally and collaboratively with mechanical systems, resulting in fewer site issues.We Are HOME Design believes that their team brings extensive knowledge, experience and integrity to each project.
