Our mission is to improve access to justice by taking justice to people's doorstep. We provide grievance redressal and online dispute resolution platforms. The platforms are end-to-end solutions for businesses to resolve their B2B and B2C complaints and disputes in an efficient, flexible and inexpensive manner. We use AI/ML and code automation to generate legal documents and enable faster resolution of disputes through arbitration, mediation and conciliation. We are sector agnostic. We also assist companies with dispute prevention by providing an open line of communication (that allows early settlements). Our platforms are available on the web and an Android mobile app. Our platforms are available in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali.We offer the following services: 1. Commercial Disputes Resolution: an end-to-end platform for resolving commercial disputes and grievances. We use AI/ML, NLP as well as document automation technology to generate formal complaints and pleadings.2. Resolve Virtually: a virtual hearing platform for courts, mediations and arbitrations.Some of our features include virtual hearing rooms and breakout rooms with video conferencing software (built in-house for data security), messaging platform (as a substitute to emails) with document exchange capability, cloud storage space to store pleadings, evidence and other documents, calendar, digital signatures, transcription, etc.We have built our platforms by applying design thinking principles.
