Welcome to Wellington Publications. We are a public policy press established in 1983, based in Carmel, California.Currently we publish for the Harry Singer Foundation, a non-profit 501(c) 3 private operating foundation whose purpose is to promote responsibility and involve people more fully in public policy.We also publish a line of titles authored by Helen P. Rogers. Ms. Rogers is dedicated to public policy issues, and has developed alternatives to many current government policies.As a part of our dedication to the issues, we are now making available a collection of hard to find public policy books from other publishers.We hope you enjoy all of these offerings, and that these texts inspire new thoughts and ideas for the future.
