Weniversity is the Agile Knowledge Center of Wemanit that provides training on Agile, Lean and Management. Our trainings are pragmatic and holistic. The trainings we provide are chosen and designed to act as interlocked parts of a bigger whole and provide a holistic view of the entire system. In addition, we deliver facts to our audiences, to emphasize the essence of being pragmatic. Trained people are active participants during sessions, we apply the learning by doing philosophy. We empower our community with the mindset, knowledge, and skills to operate in a fast-moving world.Transformations require a shift in existing paradigms. Without these shifts a transformation will be very hard to take place. WeTrain takes the first step in changing the calcified paradigms. Provide the participants with the new awareness required to achieve that shift. With this newly attained awareness they will no longer be dragging behind the transformation, but they will lead it.As a whole, we walk the talk.We act, share and implement Agile.
