I will walk with you to strengthen and empower your inner self, while developing a deeper understanding of issues you might be experiencing such as relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD and addiction. My art therapy & counselling experience is with men, women, and female youth experiencing the effects of complex & intergenerational trauma, substance abuse, concurrent disorders, and intimate partner violence.Through a trauma-informed, art therapeutic approach, I facilitate a way for you to find your voice and take control over your emotional well-being. Any goal you may have will be welcomed with support, starting with small steps that work for you.
