Westside TransLoad is striving to become the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area's "Greenest" waste to rail facility – by utilizing cutting edge eco-friendly technology and a rail based transportation system that provides outstanding value to our clients and protects and enhances the environment.Westside TransLoad is a truly revolutionary business concept – a waste transfer and recycling company that is both effective for contractors and builders, and an environmentally responsible partner. We are fully accredited and approved by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection to handle over 1,200 tons of solid waste per day, and we do it in a fundamentally different way. Westside TransLoad is a privately owned company that operates in the New Jersey Meadowlands on the New York Susquehanna Rail Line in partnership with CSX Corporation – The "Green Way" of transporting waste. We are the first rail facility that uses Negative Air technology – the Gold Standard in environmental protection. Our facility is permitted to operate 24 hours per day, six days a week. The grounds were specifically designed to minimize traffic flow and vehicle wait time, and can handle any size commercial vehicle, allowing us to meet any possible client demand. Westside TransLoad professionals have significant experience in waste transfer and recycling, and bring with them an unwavering commitment to both the environment and the client.
