In October of 2010 I weighed 404 pounds and I had gastric bypass surgery. One year later I weighed 202 pounds - exactly half my weight only 12 months earlier. I've maintained that weight loss for almost four years now. I eat well and exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle. I am so grateful for what I have achieved that I want to help others who would like the same results. I write and speak on weight loss and weight management lifestyle issues, as both a guest author at GastricByPassJournals and my own blog (www.whs-newlife.com) and my Facebook (www.facebook.com/whsnewlife).
