The Windmill Nursing Group was established in 2005 and is owned by Pat Kennedy and Denis McElligott. The group is in a growth phase following the addition of Clarenbridge Nursing Home (Galway) in 2013 and then Ferbane Nursing Home (Offaly) in 2014 to the pre-existing nursing homes Windmill House Nursing Home (Cork), Abbot Close Nursing Home (Limerick) and Killeline Nursing Home (Limerick).There are currently 271 resident beds in the group and over 350 members of staff working within the group.
