Wine Language is an educational program that pairs wine education with practical training in English.We create bilingual wine communities, professionally trained in the technical and poetic language of wine and able to confidently apply their expertise in a variety of settings: wine making, marketing and sales, tastings and special events, international conferences, hospitality and tourism industries etc. The program is designed for wine industry students and professionals with intermediate English Language skills, who are looking to learn about wine for the first time or to complement their already vast wine knowledge. Classes and in-the-field activities are conducted in English by our certified Wine Language Teachers who have undergone extensive wine and language training. Students will interact with each other, participate in wine tastings, use multimedia and e-learning resources, all the while reviewing and practicing critical English language skills.Course cover, though are not limited to, the following topics:- Wine Growing (The Grapevine, Vine Management and Vineyard Practices, Growing Environment and Topics in Agronomy)- Wine Making (The Wine Making Process: Components and Stages for all Wine Varieties, Wine Styles and Characteristics)- Wine Tasting (Wine Research and Evaluation, Sensory Characteristics, Science of Wine Tasting, Sparkling Wines, Whites and Reds)- Argentine Wine History, Great Wine Capitals of the World, Water Management in Mendoza
