The Wise Professional Network aims to achieve gender equity through growing the profile of women in STEM roles by promoting strategies and initiatives to Attract, Retain, Develop, and Promote women within the Subsea and other ocean based industries. The Wise Professional Network was developed in 2016 by the Board of Subsea Energy Australia (https://www.subseaenergy.org.au/ ) following the recognition of the need to contribute towards the goal of achieving gender parity within the subsea sector. Following the end of the government grant period, Wise Professional Network have expanded our range from just subsea engineering to STEM roles in the subsea and ocean based industries.Wise welcomes anyone who would like to join us to help achieve our Vision.Sign up to our monthly newsletter by completing a Membership Form.
