Women Wave is a social initiative that has been solely started with the aim of empowering Women Entrepreneurs in all aspects of their business. It is a platform that has been created for mentoring and acts as an Awareness program for these women entrepreneurs. The program was founded by Nikita Vora and now currently runs with a team of mentors who are from varying industrial backgrounds having years of experience in their fields. Women Wave is based on a membership model which is the main source of running Women Wave. The idea behind this approach is based on the 3 main pillars on which Women Wave has been designed on. Pillar 1 – Women Wave holds monthly focused group meetings for members wherein sessions by industrial experts on various topics like Intricacies of Company Formation, Dos and Don'ts of Financial Management, Personal Branding et are held. Women Entrepreneurs can learn from these industry experts and also gain advice from themPillar 2 – Mentoring of Women Wave members is provided by our team on problem areas faced by them. These sessions are provided by both our mentoring team as well as network partners. Mentoring provided by our mentoring team if free of cost and solely aimed to guide women entrepreneurs to resolve their problems. Pillar 3 – Network opportunity for Women entrepreneurs with other entrepreneurs along with our team as well as other experts. Women Wave is ably supported by our growth and networking partners who have helped us along various phases to provide the best possible avenues for Women Entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and overcome their obstacles. On the basis of these principles, Women Wave has successfully held 6 monthly meets along with an event to celebrate International Women's Day along with Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA).
