World Fusion US, Inc. is a bioinformatics software company that offers research tools and services for life sciences researchers in the fields of drug discovery and genomics. We have three primary software applications: LSKB, Life Science Knowledge Bank, which is a comprehensive drug discovery & genomics research workbench, knowledgebase, and data management system. It contains known information about genes, proteins, chemicals, diseases and tissues. The knowledgebase is comprised of original in-house data, curated data from roughly 60 data sources, and has a chemical dictionary with 75M non-redundant chemical compounds. All the data is interconnected through a user friendly interface offering multiple search functions to quickly extract and analyze scientific data. It measures the composition and diversity of microbial and fungal species in natural environments from NGS sequencing data. It assigns taxonomy IDs, groups by taxonomic rank, generates charts and graphs, performs statistical analyses (HCL, PCA, SOM), and exports interactive HTML reports with the analysis results. Easy to use, no manual commands. Metatranscriptome@Kin is a cloudware application that analyzes the transcripts expressed by microorganisms from NGS sample data. Results include expressed protein functions, pathways related to those proteins, expected metabolic compounds, and automatically generated charts and graphs. We also offer services including database building, bioinformatics data analysis services, and customized features, functions, and integration services for our applications.
