A unique and inspiring, whole family, whole system, special educational needs and disability support service. We are experts at coordinating and collaborating with different parts of the complex special needs system, on an individual (family), service (eg, education, health, social care) and strategic (CCG, LA) level, all the time ensuring that the views, wishes and feelings of the individual, parents and families are at the centre of decision making and commissioning decisions. Supporting parents, young people and families to navigate the system and ensure their voices are heard, we can support up to First Tier Tribunal.Supporting parent/carers who have children with special needs back into work.Supporting schools and colleges, by Training staff, assessing effectiveness of provision, measuring outcomes of children with special needs. Based on the SEND Code of Practice, we use the Assess, Plan, Do, Review cycle to look in detail at how effectively the educational setting identifies and meets the needs of its students.Supporting Health, Education and Social Care settings to ensure they are really 'listening' to parents and young people views ad acting on them.Encouraging and developing joint commissioning strategies within Local Authorities, working to bring together Health and Local Authority teams to gain a common understanding of how to support their special needs population. We treat each family we work with as though it was our own, we care about them, we are consistent in our approach and our staffing. Families say they rely on us to help them as we know and understand their whole family situation.
