We Built a Better Mousetrap.People only care if there is a better mousetrap if they have a mouse problem. And in the world of Professional Corporate Development, there has been a mouse problem for a long time. Professional Development, is the cornerstone of growth and prosperity of almost every company and ranges in scope from internal programs and courses to a variety of outside supplier delivered seminars and workshops. One such area is sales training; but before you start thinking we are a sales training company, we are not. There a multitude of sales training companies in the marketplace offering a variety of programming through corporate seminars and back-up web portals. The mouse problem is that skills learned in a seminar room diminish very quickly unless some form of retention and reinforcement program supports it over a longer period of time. Believe it or not, this is a very difficult thing to achieve. Although many attempts have been made, no one had yet developed a solid answer that would be embraced at field level. But I did.
