X-Labs is a digital health hub that assists health care professionals, academics and researchers at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels to successfully build and apply digital health solutions. X-Labs specifically supports digital health ideation, development and advancement of products and services that will improve population health and attain the SDG 3. The X-Labs Campus version is a broad health technology partnership between the private sector, health start-ups, College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, and other partners within the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Research and Innovation space. We believe that creating and sustaining breakthrough change should be domiciled in an existing medical infrastructure that provides medical education, health care and research services in partnership with the private sector. Our focus is to nurture the innovative mindset of Nigeria's medical youth, cultivate their ideas in an enabling environment, and match health care innovators (medical students and professionals) with catalysts and other external resources to co-create mutually beneficial next generation solutions to revolutionize medicine.
