Perhaps it's an Aussie or Kiwi thing. Maybe it's just a human thing. But it's defnitely a thing. When someone asks how you are, you flick to autopilot and reply "fne" or "good thanks". And then you reciprocate with the same question and they respond accordingly.But, here's the problem. When it's not so good, we still reply with the same answer… and that's kind of stupid when you think about it. Whether it's in life or business… it's not in our nature to let our guard down or show signs of weakness.So… we thought it would be a good idea to right this wrong and get people within our industry (marketing, advertising, creative, design, etc) to talk about brands they own, run or work with and also chat about the shit stuff they've experienced along the path to success. It's also a good opportunity to step out from behind the #yeahgoodthanks and talk about the challenges, the mistakes and solutions they came up with to turn things around.
