Chiu, a former lead catering captain of Zesty (acquired by Square/caviar in 2018 and later Doordash in 2019) who who witnessed individual chef who can solely operating a food serving business via catering can thrive through ghost kitchen and private commercial kitchen spaces. Decided to built an online platform to make this opportunity possible not just for professionals, but also amateurs with passion to provide food services to other people and thrive. He also believe setting up a platform to help people get mobilize can help them to live a happier life.Youphrates is found as a mobile platform to make this a reality to all people, and hope to become a life saving support and transformation to this high risk industry.
