Welcome to YDUYouth Development Union, shortly YDU, is a Bangladeshi non-profit that was founded for working as an instrumental for underserved, underprivileged, and lagged behind youth. YDU organizes programs that help to develop the employability skills of the youth of National University. We envision building an environment in NU that will help the students pave their way to employment. YDU has been very successful in every program it launched since it commenced. Our first program, Skill Hunt, was the first-ever presentation battle for the studs of Sonapur College where 150+ participants joined. After that, we organized a National CV writing competition where studs from 45+ colleges participated and learned to create a stand-out cv themselves. YDU perceived that NU studs are very weak in language skills. Having that in our mind, YDU organized a Communicative English course with which many studs learned to speak fluently.YDU envisions developing a platform that will help every young to work inclusively. We have 4 missions in our blueprint to make this vision a reality. Our main mission is to create a strong industry link with the colleges affiliated with NU so that they can easily be employed as per their competencies. We have a team full of potentiality, diligence, and sincerity. We believe that change happens when youth pledge to dedicate their time, labor, and intelligence When youth utilize their faith, enthusiasm, sincerity, and hard work, they can accomplish anything positive.
