Zeitgeist Asset Management is a real estate developer and asset manager for private and institutional investors in Germany and Central Eastern Europe and Italy. Acquires, develops, finances, manages and exits properties for investors. Zeitgeist deals with various segments of the real estate market, with particular emphasis on projects that increase the value of investments resulting from renovations and extension. The company has successfully managed a niche, which foreign investors feared for years to enter – purchase, restoration and extension of historic real estate, creating, among others, apartments for rent. Completed projects are not for sale, but for lease. The properties purchased by Zeitgeist are placed in a very favourable location or present exceptional historical value. By value, about 75% of the projects are residential, the rest are office, commercial and industrial projects. The most interesting examples of the company's implementation can be found in Prague, Křižíkova and Na Struze, which are examples of the restoration of splendor of historical buildings. Currently, under development there are 14 beknown buildings, like Palac Dunaj, Karolíny Světlé, Musilkova and Myslikova.
