Zeitgeist Asset Management is a real estate developer and asset manager for private and institutional investors in Germany and Central Eastern Europe and Italy. Acquires, develops, finances, manages and exits properties for investors. Zeitgeist deals with various segments of the real estate market, with particular emphasis on projects that increase the value of investments resulting from renovations and extension. The most interesting examples of the company's implementation can be found in Prague, Křižíkova and Na Struze, which are examples of the restoration of splendor of historical buildings.
