Zekiel Homes Limited is a private limited liability company registered under the Laws of Ghana with its Head Office in Spintex, Accra and it is wholly Ghanaian owned focused on providing service in the business of Real Estate Development, land documentation, Building Construction, Concrete Products, Clearing activities, etc. It is a Real Estate Developer and presently an active member of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA). The company is managed by a team of well trained personnel who has been in the building industry for almost a decade.The company has several sites in and around Accra. The company has plans to develop 150 and 200 housings units in Nanakrom, Prampram, Labadi and East Legon Extension. The company has several innovative schemes to finance the houses.We build Standard to High Executive Properties which is also constructed in accordance with both GREDA standard requirement and client's specification. Our houses could be purchased through financial institution in Ghana, like Home Finance Company (HFC) in Accra as well as through direct payments to ZEKIEL HOMES LIMITED. Official indenture documents on purchased property are released to the purchaser as soon as full payments are made.
