The company has several innovative schemes to finance the houses.We build Standard to High Executive Properties which is also constructed in accordance with both GREDA standard requirement and client's specification. Our houses could be purchased through financial institution in Ghana, like Home Finance Company (HFC) in Accra as well as through direct payments to ZEKIEL HOMES LIMITED. Official indenture documents on purchased property are released to the purchaser as soon as full payments are made.
