ZHEJIANG COTECH VALVE CO., LTD specializes in producing wafer check valves equipped with 80 sets of machines occupying floorage area of 5000 m2 and possessing 120 employees, of which 25 are professional engineers. The products are widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, paper industry, medicine and city construction etc. and are exported to many countries like America, Europe, middle east and southeast and so on . And we win good reputation with steady quality. To meet the demands of market and the development of corporation, we are building a new industrial park with an area of 15000 m2. It is scheduled that the production capacity will be up to 150 Million Yuan after the new industrial park is finished. We have set up perfect quality management system equipped with advanced testing and processing machines, such as material inspection and analysis, Non-Destructive Testing, process inspection, pressure test, material heat treatment, shot-peening and lapping etc. to make sure the products fully conform with the specifications to satisfy the customers' requirements. We set up ERP enterprise management system, CAD design R&D Center with design development ability like three dimensional drawing, finite element analysis etc. and gradually develop into CAD/CAM. As for the structure deficiency of wafer double disc check valve, we have developed a new shaft -embedded type wafer double disc check valve and have attained the patent(NO: ZL 2006 2 0118346.2), making up the blank of domestic market.
