After decades of large-firm experience, the founding partners of Klatte, Budensiek & Young-Agriesti decided in early 2012 to launch KBY in Newport Beach, California, to create a service-based labor and employment law firm specifically for California employers. KBY Law serves Fortune 500 corporations—as well as small companies—by representing management interests in labor and employment matters throughout the state of California. For the same reason, KBY attorneys are actively involved in the legal profession and in our community.
