Cirqa represents the next phase in the development of social media – facilitating social engagement on the ground.It's a fairly simple concept: Cirqa enables users to see basic information about other users ("encounters") in their immediate area – at a minimum their name, hometown, occupation and whether they are looking for personal or professional contacts.
