Leadership Pioneer Valley works to identify, develop, and connect diverse leaders to strengthen the region. Our core program is a 10-month regional leadership development program the engages emerging and existing leaders from all sectors of the community - nonprofits, business, and government. This in-depth and experiential leadership development program gives participants a 360 degree view of the Pioneer Valley, advanced leadership skills, and deeper and more diverse connections.
