Leadership Pioneer Valley works to identify, develop, and connect diverse leaders to strengthen the region. Our core program is a 10-month regional leadership development program the engages emerging and existing leaders from all sectors of the community - nonprofits, business, and government. This in-depth and experiential leadership development program gives participants a 360 degree view of the Pioneer Valley, advanced leadership skills, and deeper and more diverse connections. We intend to to fulfill that mission by fostering collaboration among diverse leaders to solve challenges across the 69 communities and 3 counties of the Pioneer Valley.
