Spackenkill High School is a co-educational high school part of the Spackenkill Union Free School District that offers a rigorous college preparatory education to grades 9-12. They provide both the opportunity to be a public school student by registration in the Spackenkill Union Free School District, or a tuition student at the cost of $12,660 (2021-2022) for non-residents of the school district. In 2018, it was awarded and named as a National Blue Ribbon School, one of 62 high schools nationwide to be so recognized that year by the U.S. Department of Education. It is ranked as #1 in Best Public High Schools in Dutchess County as of 2021 & 2022. The school also offers a plethora of opportunities to help prepare the student their future aspirations and beyond.
