Our mission is to integrate mindfulness into education. We offer online and in-person training courses for adults to learn mindfulness and use it with youth. We are a non-profit organization that has taught thousands of educators, social workers, psychologists, and parents how to use mindfulness with K-12 youth. Mindfulness is a simple but powerful technique to focus attention, manage emotions, handle stress, and resolve conflicts. Our training is based on our research-backed in-school curriculum, which brings improvements in concentration, attention, and empathy among students, while building a climate of calm in the classroom.
