The roles and responsibilities of the senior management team are continuously under review in response to an ever changing working environment in local government today. Community engagement has been a cornerstone of the change programme at Fylde, ensuring that stakeholders are involved has helped to secure ownership of the change. Employee research and surveys are carried out as well as customer research and member consultation programmes. Change in Fylde is now accepted as a constant, the 'day job'​ and as such we aim to recruit people with a positive attitude who will face the fantastic challenges faced by local government today with a view to seeking solutions and securing new opportunities.
