We went on to open a branch in Hall Green in 2001 and consequently, became the area's number one agent within just twelve months of the branch opening. In 2006, we responded to the market and opened our residential lettings department, before moving to Shirley in 2007.Thus Smart Homes has maintained its high position amongst local competitors for sixteen years.
