Groops is a modern approach to emotional wellness, helping you discover more about yourself through guided conversations with other people around everyday worries and wonders we all experience. Things like stress, anxiety, grief, self growth, relationships, parenting, and so many more.Wellness is achieved when what we think, feel, say, and do are in harmony and we can show up as our authentic selves in all parts of our life. When we are in harmony with our self, we are in harmony with each other and our communities. And it just feels better. There are many ways to achieve emotional wellness and authenticity – it is not one size fits all. Some prefer one-on-one therapy, but many people have faster breakthroughs and deeper learning when we learn, connect, and share together. We created Groops because we believe in universality, or the shared human experience. Sharing, noticing and naming feelings with others opens new paths to growth. So we bring small guided Groops of people together to hear and be heard. We say the unsayable, together.
