When we are in harmony with our self, we are in harmony with each other and our communities. And it just feels better. Some prefer one-on-one therapy, but many people have faster breakthroughs and deeper learning when we learn, connect, and share together. We created Groops because we believe in universality, or the shared human experience. Sharing, noticing and naming feelings with others opens new paths to growth.
