Elgin Construction Company Limited is a long-standing general contractor in South Western Ontario, Canada. Incorporated in 1944 by Arturo Nicli, it has remained a family business for 78 years. Our success and growth is a testament of the strength of our people and our commitment to the communities where we work and the quality of our workmanship. Many of our employees have been with our organization for over 20 years. We consider ourselves good stewards for our community. We use our success to do our best to support the people who are our family, friends and neighbours when they need help. Our focus is sewer and watermain construction, road reconstruction and site servicing for medium to large scale projects primarily in Southwestern Ontario.
