Elgin Construction Company Limited is a long-standing general contractor in South Western Ontario, Canada. Incorporated in 1944 by Arturo Nicli, it has remained a family business for 78 years. Our success and growth is a testament of the strength of our people and our commitment to the communities where we work and the quality of our workmanship.
