Since Aug. 22, 1954, the WPTV team has dedicated itself to serving the members of the South Florida community. Scripps Company, we live out the mission to give light and let the people find their own way. WPTV is the dominant No. 1 station in the market. It also has a shared services agreement with Raycom and provides news content on the local Fox affiliate WFLX Fox 29. The counties of Palm Beach, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee make up the television market. It’s a vibrant, growing, diverse region that offers a fertile business environment combining a refined as well as a laid-back culture for living and working.
