The new owner at the Bistro for 2013, Michael Lavelle, host and producer of Canada's environmentally focused series, Going Green for Green, has been working hard with chef Charlie Daye, using locally grown and raised produce, beef, lamb, chicken, cheeses and wines, while continuing the theme of cooking small scale, locally sourced food and letting the menu reflect the changing seasons.\\Milford is a quiet and cute little hamlet with historical houses looking out over the peaceful waters of the Mill pond.
