Along with our private and corporate wellness services, we have created inMOTION, a customized online exercise module designed to guide people through body weight workouts, anywhere! Using our proprietary algorithm, the module provides the user with a sequence of moves based on variables that can be set for number of minutes, difficulty level, and functional focus.
