Our personal training programs typically include a blend of modalities in order to provide clients with the most comprehensive routines. These include cardio and strength training, injury prevention, yoga, pilates, ballet, high intensity interval training, and more. We use body weight and light resistance but also make the best use of available equipment for the most optimal results. The bottom line is this: the gym simply isn't an option for some people. We all have hectic schedules and inSHAPE caters to each person's lifestyle and offers fitness training that is both effective and convenient. Along with our private and corporate wellness services, we have created inMOTION, a customized online exercise module designed to guide people through body weight workouts, anywhere! Using our proprietary algorithm, the module provides the user with a sequence of moves based on variables that can be set for number of minutes, difficulty level, and functional focus. Our team of five wellness professionals, software engineers, and service reps is based mostly in New York City, but our client base spans the country.
