Our services include design, consulting, energy analysis, evaluation of maintenance and operating costs, assistance in bid negotiations, construction administration, preparation of specifications, and contract documents. Many of our projects are government owned facilities, part of an existing campus context, and many of the buildings were occupied or semi-occupied during the hours of construction. We produce quality designs within scheduled time frames and budgets.
