As a selling Principal of the agency I was still responsible for my own sales of residential property. Canvassing for new homes to sell, attending sales appointments, securing mandates, marketing homes, sitting showhouse, presenting offers, negotiating terms of contracts, follow up until registration• Marketing – set up of advertising, marketing and promotions for the company in conjunction with our administrator and assisted with design work• Organised Awards functions, golf days etc• Recruiting of Agents and staff
