BDC is located in Bingen, Washington and was established in 1994 with a vision to build a civil engineering and land surveying company dedicated to excellence. BDC has 14 employees and has worked on nearly 4,000 projects in the Columbia River Gorge and the Portland Metro area, serving more than 2,000 public and private clients.
