Stem Cells and Cell BankHistoryAfter the founding of Cellular and Molecular Research Center, Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, the stem cell department had started its work and is active in the following three areas: 1) isolation of mouse embryonic stem cells and isolation of adult stem cells from different sources and species.2) the study of the effect of various factors affecting the process of stem cell differentiation into a variety of target cells and intracellular pathways involved in differentiation3) the use of adult stem cells for transplantation into animals to the treatment and reconstruction of affected mouse models
