Burns Development Group was formed in 2009 by Linda Burns, an economic development specialist with almost 30 years experience. Linda, the former Director of Economic Development for the Dallas Regional Chamber, served a 15 county North Texas area the last 9 years. Prior experience includes economic development with the City of Dallas and mixed use economic development planning in downtown New Orleans. BDG's focus is on economic development and site selection support. Economic development experience is in the areas of organization evaluation and development, incentive policy development, target marketing strategies, and branding and marketing strategies.
