You'll learn tools to help manage stress, create positive attitudes and restore your passion and purpose.Looking for yoga? I incorporate yoga into all my coaching programs but also teach stand alone programs and classes. I teach virtual and in person corporate, private and group yoga sessions. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles with and specialize in guiding a Trauma-Informed practice. Often using a mix of all three styles to deliver a customized and accessible practice, meeting the experience level of individuals and groups.
