Radically is a management consulting firm that helps businesses evolve to better meet the needs of a rapidly changing world. We solve business problems with modern thinking and view tools like agile and design thinking as merely a way to achieve this. We strongly believe New Zealand firms need a local alternative to the big four consulting firms and aspire to be the partner of choice for NZ’s leading firms. Our work is mainly Enterprise Transformation, including ways of working, operating model design, leadership, culture and delivery. As part of our transformation work, we often help clients build internal capability to sustain any change well beyond us. We have created a range of innovative, bespoke programmes to achieve this including our well-known Jumpstart programme – an agile coach accelerator programme that spans 3 months and builds capability through hands-on mentoring. We have an excellent culture with a strong focus on individual and team growth.
