Our work is mainly Enterprise Transformation, including ways of working, operating model design, leadership, culture and delivery. As part of our transformation work, we often help clients build internal capability to sustain any change well beyond us. We have created a range of innovative, bespoke programmes to achieve this including our well-known Jumpstart programme – an agile coach accelerator programme that spans 3 months and builds capability through hands-on mentoring.
