Radically is a management consulting firm that helps businesses evolve to better meet the needs of a rapidly changing world. We solve business problems with modern thinking and view tools like agile and design thinking as merely a way to achieve this. We strongly believe New Zealand firms need a local alternative to the big four consulting firms and aspire to be the partner of choice for NZ’s leading firms. Our work is mainly Enterprise Transformation, including ways of working, operating model design, leadership, culture and delivery. We are known for being highly pragmatic and caring, treating our clients’ businesses like our own. Our approach is framework agnostic and business-centric. We have a strong belief in people and business first, with practices and tools existing to support these. As part of our transformation work, we often help clients build internal capability to sustain any change well beyond us. We have created a range of innovative, bespoke programmes to achieve this including our well-known Jumpstart programme – an agile coach accelerator programme that spans 3 months and builds capability through hands-on mentoring. We have an excellent culture with a strong focus on individual and team growth. We have developed our own Operating Model for Radically that is based on Holacracy and Agile and through this, our team have high levels of autonomy and empowerment.
